About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Be a "tour guide" for those looking for New York experiences outside of tourist attractions / Find CSers in places I haven't been yet!
ABOUT ME
I'm a freelance film editor and colorist. I wake up every day thinking it is one of the best jobs in the world. I have officially caught the travel bug and being freelance actually enables me to take time off and indulge in that.
One of my friends once said that I enjoy going to the circus...meaning I like the more eccentric and a bit kooky in people. If this is you we'll have some good times!
I LOVE going out and finding more nooks and crannies in this mammoth city!
PHILOSOPHY
Life is too short to be bogged down in negativity. We are all meant to be social beings.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Tourguiding all of you Couchsurfers!

I'm ideally looking to meet people:
- Who are traveling and staying in New York for at least 2 weeks - it's a small city but there's TONS going on and it's no good to rush things!
- Who are looking to move here
- Who are experienced Couchsurfers. Come on people don't just mooch to get free hosting! I want to meet people who are involved in CS, no empty profiles!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've traveled all over the world utilizing CS and love how I was immediately injected into the local vein as opposed to being on the outside looking in attending the tourist attractions. It has flavored my perspective on the cities that I have visited for the first time much more positively.
Interests
I'm kind of a chameleon. One weekend I went to an underground rave only to wake up several hours later and attend a weekend brunch group to meet complete strangers. That pretty much is a good cross-section of what I'm all about I think.
Some people can tell a lot about someone by what kind of alcohol they drink. I enjoy both 40s and Absinthe.
Relentless pursuit of music, a quest that will never be over. Another lifelong quest is to finish the list of Top 50 Restaurants in the World...it's a bit daunting to say the least.
