Grew up in Tokyo and lived and worked there the past 10 years but recently moved to the top of Mt Akagi in Gunma prefecture and love the mountain life. Enjoy tennis, trail running, mountain climbing and spending time with my kids and hubby

Pikes Peak Ascent (1/2 marathon straight up Pikes Peak in Colorado)
Completed 3 marathons in Japan- Tokyo, Nagano and Maebashi

I taught physical education and health at the junior high and high school level for almost 20 years. I have also coached basketball, tennis and track. I currently work as a high school basketball official
