In korea, i have a spare room to let you sleep like a baby. Hit me up, you know where to find me! My house mate is girl grom India, and she is such an amazing girl. If you are woman solo traveler, i might let you sleep at my room with 4 cats along… so lovely. let me ask. :)

I don't accept guests
1. who does not know the value of Couchsurfing. I am not a full time job host for free. If you are using Couchsurfing for the first time, then please let me know 'what do you think of Couchsurfing.'
2. who does not use sim card while you are staying in Korea. Communication is really important....
2. who shows only their mouth appriciation.
(I think the action of appriciation is quite important for me to pay me back of what I've shared with you. Action is simple. 'Write a reference', so that I can remember you when you are gone. I stayed with lots of people and if we don't leave anything behind, our memories will be gone easily.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When i traveled in Turkey(2015.08), I met an amazing Turkish girl whose name is Cansu. She was just an angel. I had great memories with her and if I weren't with her, I won' t be able to enjoying Istanbul that much. After i came back to Korea, I wanted to pay back. I wanted to show some Korean hospitality to foreigners who are guests in my country.

So, now, I'm on Couchsurfing. I want to accept many guests. Even though I'm living in a very small flat, and I have to share my room with travelers, but I have some comfortable spaces to sleep, then Why not? :D
Doing CS is not looking for comfortable bed and just traveling by myself, but meeting locals and experience their life a bit. So, if you are interested in how Korean college student lives? Just contact me. I will show you. :D !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled Tanzania in summer of 2014. Since i was an art college student, i was very fascinated in African style of art. Tinga-Tinga was so fun and i wanted to learn. I somehow got to know Korean friend in Dar le Salam, and she introduced me a friend who is working as volunteer in a small town, Bagamayo. So my friend and i went there to rest and peace out. In Bagamayo, people were really kind and i got to know locals in the art shop. They welcomed me so well, so we got to hang out for a whole day. From the early morning, they arranged a small boat and we were on the boat. Then, we bought a fish in the local market and cooked some fish dishes by ourselves. (even sushi! we rent a soy sauce, and vinegar from the restaurant next door.) It was obviously not clean, but fun and unforgettable. The locals didn't just see us as tourists, but as friends. After eating lunch, i could learn Tinga-Tinga style of painting and we sung reggae together. i also drew their faces and spent time with them. I also could see how to make bracelets which were their mean of living. I think it was a very special memory for me and unique experience because i could really learn their culture and make friends. I believe this is what i love about traveling.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach&Learn is not that important for me. Many travelers visit me in a very short period of time, so I think "how to spend time together" is the most important for me.

So, Whenever we talk about Korea's culture, I want you to say something about your cultures too, so that we can compare or get to know each other more.

Don't have to be serious. I also want to know where you live in your country so maybe we can google it, and share our stories!

I love to cook Korean food, so if my guest and I have some free time together, I would cook for you. I can cook Korean food very well. haha I need to share the bill though. :)
