Hi! This is Hyeonjae Baek. You can call me Baek. I am 24years old, living in Cheonan-si, Chungcheonnam-do. Since I have graduated my college last Feb, now I am trying to move in Seoul. So Right now, It is hard to host.
And I am going to ride a bike across the U.S. Continent in this coming June.
During about 80 days, myself and one colleague will go through from LA to New York.
The reason why we doing this, is to raise awareness about 'comfort women' issue, which is known as a Japanese sexual slavery.
It is not just a conflict between Korea and Japan, but a serious sexual assault
that had been done during war time. and a women human right abuse. Most of victims are Korean, so we tend to confine this issue between two countries.
Let the world know about this, can stop Japan from trying to erase this history.
As a training for doing this, I have ridden from Incheon to Busan already. And I usually ride a bike when I go somewhere in this city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am biking across the US continents in June-Sept.
And I usually use the 'Warmshower' to get a place to sleep but i use the 'Couchsurfing' just in case that i couldn't find any host that who is available.
