About Me

* Current Mission
Meeting many diverse people and knowing myself
* Renew
I'm staying in Germany as an exchange student for this semester. And I'm living in a shared room with a German guy.
I'm sorry I can't prepare a separate room for a surfer, but if you don't mind sleeping in the sleeping bag on the floor, I'd like to host you and share our interests.

In addition, I love to meet a person and talk one to one. I'm usually a listener rather than a talkative person. Many friends like me as a good communicator and they think the conversation with me is comfortable. The topics I like are travel, cultural differences, playing games or any tiny daily life.
I don't like to go to the club and dance. I prefer to be more quiet things such as bbq party, house party and traveling with my friends. I'm not so an outgoing person, but I ain't afraid of meeting new people.
I majored in Computer Science, thus I like to code a program or challenge new problem. Spending much time on the computer, I'm interested in e-sports or TV programs. But sometimes I'd like to jog around my place and play table tennis with my friends.
One of my goals I want to achieve is to connect the world without languages. Whenever traveling, I realized that many other countries' people are similar to my country. Therefore, I want to develop my technology for achieving this goal. Currently, as an undergraduate student, I'm focusing on studying Computer Science and worked in the network laboratory.
Through many experiences, I'd like to know many interesting things and myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

* Sharing each thought and different lifestyle.
Even if I'm an exchange student in Germany, it's hard to find a friend who I can talk deeply. Because I'm not a good group talker, it's hard to make a true friend during the group meeting. Thus, I'd like to make a friend who I can share my thought and know the other's thinking.
On the other hands, I want to have the local experiences during the travel. Sometimes I regret not to enjoy the real culture in some country as a traveler. From this couch surfing, I wanna have new experiences which are different with my country's.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Iceland
Before going there, I don't like to travel somewhere beautiful. I usually observe locals' behavior and thoughts. Though I don't like to travel a landmark or sightseeing, it's okay rather than seeing the nature. But seeing Iceland makes me different.
Its view was gorgeous and tremendous. The snow, mountain, and waterfall were completely harmonized. It was too cold to stand for a long time, but I stand for several hours to see its environment more. Aurora was also extremely great and the combination of black soil and white snow was nice either.

What I Can Share with Hosts

*Korean food
I can share Korean dishes with Hosts. I know how to cook some traditional Korean cuisine. Even if the host would be a vegetarian, I know some vegan dish in Korea!

*Volunteering Experiences
I'd like to help someone because it gives me more benefits. At first, I just want to fix their house and share my knowledge, but I get many things more than what I gave.
