ABOUT ME

I'm from Piemonte (the land of Nutella;) where I was born, grew up and studied. I've started a "path" that brought me to work and discover several regions of Italy and for 5 years in Slovenian. Now I live close to Turin in a new part of the path together with Galia, my wife.
I'm also a lover of travels and meeting people so I joined the CS community in 2009 as I did years before with my other internet community www.virtualtourist.com as GARIBALDI member.
If you wonder what HYOHAKUSHA means: it is japanese and means "who is walking, who is on a path" :-)
Thanks to CS and a lot of coincidences I met also Galia (even if she is not a CS-ers this site was a key and part of the events that brought us to enter in each other life :-)

PHILOSOPHY

I love freedom, my freedom ends where other one starts, the rules make freedom (otherwise you will have anarchy), the individual thinking could you let break the rules made for the Mass :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted several People in the "golden age" of CS (all great experiences) and met others CS-ers around Ptuj and during my travels.
Recently with the changes in the community and in my life I'm less active but always ready to meet interesting people as are the Cs-ers I met since I'm in this community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

22-23 May 09: my first "CS-guest" : Chris driving back from UK to NewZeland with his 1967 MG. I had one of the best beginning you can ask: meeting a rare person and being part of a great journey I can follow on internet. Thanks CS, thank Chris! :-)

Summer '09: others great guests and time with CS-ers

Fall-Winter '09: Maribor & Graz meetings: i like CS events :-)

2010: new guests=new interesting people. The same during meeting in San PEtersburg,Graz&MAribor as well as during my trips around Europe in 2010.

2011-13: less frequent but nice experiences between Ptuj and Turin (and in HK and Shanghai during the time spent there on holiday).

2014: ready for Turin CS group :-)

2015-16: less active and also not easy to host ne CS-ers with twin daughters arrived this year :-) always ready to help upon a request or meet CS-ers in Avigliana or Turin.
