When you send me a request, you must clearly mention that you agree with my house rules. If you don’t, I will decline your request.

#Working hours
My working time (including commuting) is 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
If you leave for your next destination on a weekday (Mon–Fri), you must leave my house by 7:00 a.m.

#Example
If you stay at my place from Monday for two nights, you don’t need to wake up early on Tuesday.
However, on Wednesday (your departure day), you must leave by 7:00 a.m.

Anyway, on the day you leave, you must leave my house by 7:00 a.m. on weekdays.
If you leave on Saturday or Sunday, please leave by 11:00 a.m. (depending on my schedule).

※Since I run an outdoor group on Meetup, there may be times when I ask guests to leave early in the morning even on weekends if I have an event scheduled that day.
The departure time depends on the event, and in some cases it may be earlier than 7:00 a.m.

#Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in my home.
If you smoke, please do not send me a request, as I really hate the smell.

#Cats
I have 9 cats. Please do not send me a request if you are allergic to cats.

#Curfew
My house curfew is 22:30.
I cannot accept surfers who are unable to return by that time.

I am usually busy on weekdays, but if I am free, I may be able to show you around at night or on weekends.

#Meeting point
You must come to the nearest station to my house by yourself.
The meeting point will be that station, and I will pick you up there.

#Requests
Please send me a proper and personal couch request — not a copy-and-paste message.
Even if your request is good and you agree with my rules, I may not be able to host you depending on my mood and situation.

#Location
My house is about a 10-minute walk from a local train station.
There are several restaurants nearby (sushi, steak, ramen, izakaya, etc.), as well as a convenience store and a drug store.

Sometimes you may need to share a room with other surfers.
