💸 Other than the economic benefits..

🌎 I believe it’s the best way to get to know the locals and get a glimpse of the local life. I love collecting inspiration from different people and cultures to build my own life someday.

🏠 Besides that, I love visiting houses in general. I believe the house shows so much about the person, and it’s always fascinating to see how different people in different regions, backgrounds, lifestyles adorn their spaces in unique ways.

💌 I’m just a student now but hope I could spare a couch for travelers one day when I get my own place.

-These days I’m really into Chinese indie bands, Chinese classicals and 7080s south/east Asian albums. On a daily basis I listen to more instrumental music that matches the situation.

-But to name a few bands I love - Babe Rainbow, Cigarettes After Sex, the Oracle Sisters, Men I Trust, Mac Demarco, Børns, Troye Sivan, Khruangbin, Cocteau Twins, Neil Frances, Lewis Ofman, ABBA, Berlioz, Inhaler, Hozier, Bay Ledges and much more.

-Some Korean bands - the Black Skirts, Hyuk Oh, Bigbang

-Some favorite movies - let the right one in, farewell my concubine, Amelie, call me by your name, one fine spring day - films with great soundtracks

👩🏻‍🏫 I’m no professional but I have ample experience in teaching Korean through school programs, volunteering, and language exchanges.
