I am Korean living in Budapest, but my English is not good

The working schedule is not fixed in advance.
On working days, I usually return home between nine and ten.(wake up early. maybe 7am)
During the week, I go to study in the morning.

So please be so smart and plan first and don't expect me to come whenever you want me to.
I really like to help and host people but I'm not a servant and my room is not a hotel but my only private place. So please don't take it for granted
