Yo, I'm Ian. I'm from Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada. I've been traveling for work for the last year on a reality TV show, and now am back at home with a bit of the travel bug.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to this, but I'm hoping I can make new friends and learn more about the world. I think meeting new people will make me want to travel more, which I think is important for everyone to do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Don't really have any. I've stayed at friends house's and places before. But never people I don't know. But it's an adventure and I'm game.

Interests

I play guitar and I film stuff. I actually like combining the too. So far I've been doing pretty well at it. Yup....

*awkward pause*

I also play soccer, read, watch a lot of movies. I'm pretty active in general. I like going out seeing/doing new things...etc....

Moives: Fight club, Back to the Future, Donnie Darko, Memento, Superbad, Ferris Buhler. There's tons more, but I can only do so much.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I won a trip to Australia and got to travel for free for a month. No joke...

I also carried the Olympic torch a year or so ago.

I've won a ton of awards for a movie I made and directed.

I've gone on a ton of interesting road trips.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a pretty social person, but I think I have some interesting experiences in general I can teach people. I'v done a lot and have had a pretty interesting life (not bragging..but it's true :P)
