About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To expand my mind, through travel and meeting many wonderful people
ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Melbourne Australia, but my dear parents are originally from Singapore. I've travelled a bit already, in and around sth east asia (Singapore, Thailand, Indo, and a bit of Malaysia), but would love to go back and trek though Cambodia, Vietnam and the surrounding undiscovered cultural gemstones.
I study Product Design Engineering at Swinburne Uni (Hawthorn and Prahran), and have finished 3 out of the 4 years of study there. Currently I'm doing a work placement in Liechtenstein (of all places in the world!!), at a company that design and manufacture Rollercoasters and other assorted amusement rides (seriously!!). I'm here for 3 months, after which I plan on backpacking around Europe (destinations yet to be decided) by myself, and meeting a whole network of wonderful people.
I love snowboarding, and have been doing it for 6 years now, but as Australia is not exactly the best location for good mountains and snow (but I'm not complaining, it's good enough!), I only get to go up a few times a year.
I'm planning on staying in Europe to catch the start of winter, so I can see what all the fuss is about! I can't wait!
I'm a very easy going person, and very easy to get along with (so far anyway!). Willing to talk to anyone, and listen to what they have to say. i'll always give you the time of day, as I believe that everyones opinion is valid.
(ok, this profile will be continued later, as I'm currently meant to be working... so watch this space!!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None as of yet, but can't wait to paddle out there and wait for the big breaks! (ok, very cheesy I know, but hey, I've had a lot of coffee, and it's late)
Interests
Seeing the world through my own eyes, and through the eyes of locals. making great frîends.
snowboarding, general mucking around, GOA/Psytrance festivals, having a laugh with mates, finding the right balance between work and play (usually playing comes up higher on the list of priorities!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Switzerland has continued to amaze me since the day I got here. Liechtenstein is an absolutely magical fairytale little country, nestled between the mountains, complete with river and royal castle overlooking the villages. Incredible stuff, you should come see.
