I'm currently on a post-apocalyptic binge. Old favorites include:

House of God, A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Cryptonomicon, Dune, Lord of the Rings, Ender's Game, Fahrenheit 451, Into Thin Air, 1984, Slaughterhouse Five, Brave New World, Cat's Cradle, Catch-22, Atlas Shrugged, The Fountainhead, anything by Bill Bryson, Richard Dawkins, or Neal Stephenson.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I drove to the end of the world to swim in the Arctic Ocean.

I saved a life once. That was pretty incredible.

I've run a couple of marathons and hope to run a few more. You learn a lot about yourself when you get pushed to your true limits.
