I am Scottish but apparently sound English......."You can judge for yourself" I enjoy working hard and aiming to be the best! My theory is if you work hard, the right people and circumstances will appear in your life at the right moment! Its all good and well having goals but you got to enjoy the journey along the way!

I am into personal fitness...like a lot! I am an avid Gym goer and keen runner (when my knees are up to it). I get grumpy if I go without either too long!
I love skiing and did a couple of ski seasons abroad! Europe and Canada has the best snow.
I am a keen but amateur surfer too.
I love food (healthy if possible) of all cuisines and I am a pretty decent chef/baker and can make a mean Thai Red curry, the baking I save for mates for obvious calorie related reasons!
