I love to host interesting people and learn about faraway places vicariously. I'm a bit work-obsessed, so I don't travel as much as I'd like to, but when I do travel, I enjoy spending time with the CS community over other options.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I biked 600km from Vancouver to Williams Lake, a small town in the interior of BC. I was doing a public transportation research study, and on the way up I asked a bunch of expats what to expect and what the culture up north was like. I met some wonderful people, and learned a lot. It was an amazing experience.
