About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Experience everything the world can give and meet likeminded people!

ABOUT ME

I'm a fun, easy-going, travel loving Hungarian, currently my goal is to survive Copenhagen ;) I've been around and hitchhiked across Europe, visited Cambodia and Vietnam, lived in London and have many great stories to share - and very interested in meeting and listening to like-minded peoples adventures too!

According to my friends, I'm not a bad cook, I love to taste new, local things, learn languages and immerse myself in new cultures! I can also show you a lot of Hungarian cuisine and culture if interested!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in a very broad definition of karma: do good things, behave nicely, be positive. Sooner or later, all of this will come back and give you a big 'ol hug when you least expect it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Getting to know a culture, a way of living is best achieved if locals show you around. That's what I do back home and that's what I'm looking for when I travel. The reality is always better, and a couch is way more comfortable then a hotel bed if it's offered by an awesome dude or dudette ;)

Interests

The key is to grab life by the hojos! I love music, cooking, reading, travelling, taking pictures, boards games. I'm also a geek: technology, games, sci-fi (I'm a huge Whovian & Trekkie) - anything goes, but I'm not one to force someone onto geekness ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I hiked the mountains in Wales, and got to the top or Darren Mountain - 4 hours of walking for an amazing, rainy vista of Wales, totally worth it. On a seperate occasion we got to see some of the most beautiful waterfalls. Wales is gorgeous.

Or the time I went to Mexico and saw the aztec pyramids, little as I was I stood there astounded. Oh and the amazing sights of the Alps opening unto you as you drive into Switzerland. And the beaches of St Malo by the moonlight.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been a private English tutor for years, I can help with anyone wanting to learn. I can also share some cooking things I've self-taught myself to dazzle your SO ;)

also computer skills and I don't shy away from physical labour - I'll crop anything that moves :)
