I am a visual artist. I love to paint large murals, take photographs draw and more. I like all kinds of music and enjoy seeing new places.

PHILOSOPHY

I keep an open mind and look for a creative adventure. I like some of the ideas in Buddhist thought though I have no religious preference.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I was new to Couch surfing, back in July of 2008. I went to Spain and meet at least 10 couch surfers/hosts on that adventure and it super awesome. I have not done much traveling outside of the United States since then.
Traveling is all about having an adventure and meeting new people. I look to use couchsurfing much more in future voyages. I like the idea that many people all over the world are supportive of this form of sharing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I see alot of movies actually and like ones with original stories with great cinematography and honest, non-pretentious acting/actors and a sense of real humor. But I'm not a movie buff. I consume more music than anything and love all kinds, with few exceptions.
Books: Being such a visual person I enjoy art books mostly. I miss print but i read a lot online material. I'll comment more on that at another time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked for a celebrity in Beverly Hills (interesting stories come with that ). I've worked on many movies and TV shows, but Hollywood is not what it appears to be, nor as impressive as one might think. I really enjoy meeting talented artist (visual artist) the most, and I have meet many! I've lots of stories to tell and everyday is another chance for a new one, the good and the bad.

Teach, Learn, Share

I came across an interesting idea recently that blew me away and makes total sense. The Earth is expanding/growing.
The idea originally relates to the Pangea concept. Pangea is the idea that the floating continents were once united, as an large island, surrounded by an enormous ocean. However this "growing Earth" theory counters that Pangea concept. This presents that the individual continents were in fact connected on all sides. Imagine the shrinking of the earth with all land mass pulling into the core center you will see how the separated land masses connect like puzzle peices.
