ABOUT ME

after finishing college last december, i set out on a year-long trip through india, nepal and southeast asia with my husband, a backpack, and a one-way ticket. in this one year i learned to relax, to speak words in ten different languages, to tolerate enormous spiders, to laugh through any challenge, and that i will never be done traveling.

PHILOSOPHY

i believe that being born in a particular situation and location doesn't mean you ought to feel stuck there... there are so many possible ways to live life, and i want to try many of them before settling on just one, if i ever do

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

climbing in the Nepali himalayas, befriending monks in Burma, wandering through crowded markets in India, riding horses bareback in the ocean in Jamaica, scuba diving at night in the ocean in Cozumel, petting wild deer on a tiny island in Indonesia, chasing rainbows in Panama
