I have a background in Religious Studies/Theology, History, with emphasis on the origins of Christianity and the religious blends of the Caribbean and a few groups in South America. That said, I favor things and people that dont fit into neat boxes with pretty bow ties.

I have been a high school teacher in Germany and SF for 5 years.

I wrote for a great independent film company (muse productions: virgin suicides, american psycho, irreversable, etc.), and later managed the company in LA for 2 years.

I walked from Los Angeles to an esoteric center in the Amazon, and now live in Olympia WA where we are setting up a community on a piece of property 5 miles from downtown, 2 blocks from the Oly Zen center

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have participated in CouchSurfing for years, officially and unofficially, using it extensively on my travels throughout Africa and Latin America, hosting where I have been able. Now we have our own property and can host!

兴趣

Hitchhiking for sport, playing guitar, Santo Daime, shamanism, Landmark, spending time with my family and friends, learning and trying something new as often as I can! I hope to start incorporating dance, art, and zen into my cv soon!

Hitchhiked 1000s of miles through Africa, 8,000 miles through Latin America. I walked from Los Angeles to a shamanic center in heart of the Amazon in Brazil. I swam down amazonian tributaries, was lost countless times, slept with coca farmers, smugglers, gold miners, loggers, indigenous tribes, cabocolos, drank very strange things, saw very strange things, spectacular, grand, and true! Â

Oh, I can teach you how to play basic guitar in about 1 hour!
