I just moved to Santa Cruz, CA, about a month ago. I grew up in a small town in northern Illinois called Elburn.

I went to Southern Illinois University, Carbondale represent, for Plant Biology, Geography, and GIS.

I have played soccer my whole life, and also did some 3 and 5-man tournament paintballing.

I have worked as a Forester, Horticulturist, grower at a commercial scale greenhouse, Kane County Forest Preserve in the horticulture and Habitat Restorations divisions, university biology laboratories, as a bouncer, and last but definitiely not least, a pizza delivery dude.

I like weird and eccentric people.

I am easy to get along with, and am not a homebody, and try to keep busy. I like to get out and meet people. I like any live music scene, and will talk and hang out with anyone. Im not judgemental, and like to mind my own business. I dont care if you smoke weed. I really enjoy exploring and photography. Im an outdooresy person, and work as a forester. I have a vehicle.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just moved to California from Illinois, and currently have no permanent living quarters. I am also looking to meet new people, see new places, and gain knowledge.
