Overview
About Me
I'm a young professional who dreams of a better world with the power of art, kindness, and education. An environmental advocate, a graduate student, and a film buff --I'm quite serious with the things I believe in.
When I'm traveling for work, I won't really be much of a nuisance and would instead make it up to the host by prepping a meal. When I'm traveling for leisure, I go less for the tourist-y itineraries and would prefer to immerse myself with the locals.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here because I enjoy meeting new people and immersing myself into new environments. For the several times I've tried AirBnb, I felt as though I was alienated to this new places I'm in simply because my stay feels as though I'm just renting a space. But with Couchsurfing, I would be able to make connections with people whose lives I will always find interesting and fascinating. This has also become my way to overcoming my anxiety with strangers and just establish new friendships. By Couchsurfing with a local, any trip becomes more immersive and memorable.
