I'm a teacher, but have had stints deck handing in Mexico , bar-backing (no glamour there, haha), and wild land firefighting. I'm in my 7th year teaching high school. I've done some traveling and made some great friends and memories in Mexico, Manchester and London, and am looking forward to continuing the adventures. I have had my first experiences with couch surfing through my roommate, who has hosted many surfers-- all interesting characters--and it's a wonderful way to connect with people from all walks of life. As a result, I'm jumping on the wagon.

Not lost my sanity teaching hundreds of angsty, hormonal teenagers for the last 7 years-- but mostly it has been a pleasure to be a part of so many lives. Lots of beautiful memories.
