About Me

Hello! I'm a New York University student studying Journalism and I grew up in Mexico City, Dallas, Barcelona, New York and Shanghai! I am half Chinese and half Mexican, and I speak English and Spanish fluently and moderate Chinese.

I live in Jersey City, which is across the Hudson River from Manhattan. From my place, you can walk 15 minutes to the train and the train takes you directly into the city- total, the trip is 35-45 minutes.

Meeting new people is what I love most in the world. I think it is one of those few things in life that you can be 100% sure will make your life better. I want to learn about everyone's favorite foods, games, clothing style, drinks, etc. and I would be more than happy to share as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people and hope to be able to stay with new friends when i travel :) I would love to talk about the politics of your country, go out drinking, introduce you to my friends, etc.

the only thing I ask is that couch surfers buy their groceries if they want to eat in my kitchen-- living in New York is wayy too expensive and I don't have enough money for groceries for extra people :)

I prefer lone travelers because my room is not very big.
