About Me

Hola!

~~now in English~~

Hi! I’m an undergraduate student at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, studying natural resource conservation and forest ecology. I’ve lived in Vancouver for 5 years, and I’m originally from San Francisco, California. I love making music (guitar, piano, singing), drawing, writing, cooking, and anything outdoors, such as trekking and rock climbing. I enjoy good conversation, even in Spanish when I don’t understand everything, I usually can follow along decently well! :)

I am traveling around South and Central America from May through August 2019. First, I’m working on ecological research with the University of Rio Negro, studying the impacts of cattle grazing on the forests of the Patagonian Andes. Next, I’ll moving up through Peru (Machu Picchu!) and Ecuador (around Ecuador) before finally to Guatemala (Lake Atitlán).
