I’m a sociology student whose traveling the country working on organic farms. Just finished up a two month work stay at an organic maple syrup farm in Southern Indiana and I’m currently on my way to Western Wisconsin to spend some time on a vineyard. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m traveling around the United States doing various apprenticeships on farms. I’m looking to meet and learn from interesting people in every city I stop in. My goal is to visit each city and town, if only for a short while, in a more direct and genuine fashion than the traditional tourist experience.
