About Me
Hi Everybody!
My name is Ian Turpen.
I'm originally from Indiana, and just moved down here! I'm excited to get to know this town while I meet some great people along the way. I'm very laid back, and I don't mind sleeping on a couch or a floor. I don't have much stuff, and I'm super happy around almost anyone. :)
I am a musician and thoroughly enjoy playing, watching, and hosting as much music as I can. I enjoy sitting around enjoying a beer as much as I do tearin' the night up! I start a position down here August 3rd, and am very much looking forward to getting to know this great city through others.
Traveling is the reason for anything I do right now. Hoping to get some Culture SHOCK!
Get to know me! :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As said above in my about me, I recently moved down here and am looking for a permanent residence. I have found that couchsurfing is an amazing, unbelievable way to meet people, and I hope that I have the pleasure of growing my travel experiences through meeting some awesome people!
I can help cook, clean, drive, babysit, housesit, lawn work, moving furniture, and ANY other task you might need.
Thanks to any interest given! :D

Talk to me about anything in this category, I like A LOT!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once got my entire senior class to participate in a school wide pillow fight in pajamas! It was awesome.
Teach, Learn, Share
I left Indiana and it has never felt so good in my life. Accept the change that will inevitably happen anyway.
LEARNING (#1), growing, loving, and laughing are the most important things to me in the world. If I can't fulfill myself through enlightenment, especially when other people are involved(!), then I don't know what life is. BEAUTIFUL!
Finally.....laugh, laugh, laugh.... :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hula-Hooping.
I'm an entertainer, I can't stand not making people laugh.
