About Me
After graduating college in the Spring of 2014, I packed up my car and drove out to Seattle with a couple of friends. I'd never been to the west coast prior to then, but fell in love with the city, and have been exploring it ever since. I'm currently in a position to host 1-2 travelers, and after a year and a half of living here, I figure I now know the city well enough to show you folks around.
I live in the heart of Ballard, a great little neighborhood in north seattle, and would be psyched to invite people into my home and make some new friends!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm living on my own for the first time in my life, and i've got more space than I know what to do with. I'm planning to start traveling this coming September, and before that happens I figure I can build up some couchsurfing cred/pay it forward by hosting some peeps in need of a place to crash.
Interests
Live shows, meeting new folks, making art, making food that's so good it's almost art, listening to public radio, exploring public parks, planning adventures, taking long journeys by car and reading really great books.

Teach, Learn, Share
I love learning new recipes-- teach me your favorite and i'll teach you one of mine. I live across the street from the best grocery store in Seattle, and ten blocks from an incredible Sunday farmer's market, so there's no shortage of opportunities to eat well.
