Music, Movies, and Books
Ian- mostly comedy films, punk and metal music, Kurt Vonnegut is my favorite author
Alex- drama/comedies, independent films and documentaries, chill wave indie music, 80s/90s dance and alternative jams, I mostly read about travel, philosophy, and science
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ian- I've been making ceramic plate-wear for restaurants for almost 4 years, and recently helped a fine dining French chef revamp his menu with my plates as the background
Alex- I was scuba certified and dived 150ft into the Blue Hole in Belize with sharks surrounding us!
Teach, Learn, Share
We both love learning about other cultures, ways of life, authentic foods and customs. We'd love to learn other languages more fluently and can engage in a language exchange (English is our first language). We are capable of teaching on arts such as ceramics, collage, and painting.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We can cook a delicious meal and Alex can make a great cocktail!
