About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My path has not been determined. I shall have more experiences and pass many more milestones.

ABOUT ME

I am a person who is seeking for opportunities to get new experience and use gained skills and knowledge. I do not like wasting my time just watching movies and idling. I need to feel added value of everything I am doing and develop my personality. Being optimist is my way of living and keeping me moving forward.
I appreciate family values and connection with my friends. I enjoy spending time alone reading books, playing with my cat, walking down a park as well as travelling with a crowd of people, going to concerts and having fun with friends. I am interested in other countries, new languages and ways of living. I like to work with people, hear their feedback, be able to help them and see the smile as a reward.
I consider challenges as a chance to broaden comfort zone and to prove myself that I can do more than I have expected. I am aware of my weaknesses and try not to let them reduce my confidence as well as make them become my strengths. I truly believe that every failure makes us wiser and more persistent.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I feel very sorry for having discovered CS only now. Anyway, I am sure that CS is just what I need and is the perfect way to meet amazing people who share the same opinion about discovering the world!
Even though I can not host anyone right now, I am willing to show you around and to help to get used to Ukrainian life a bit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a French couple at my house last summer for a few days. To my mind I can consider it as CS because I met them just a week before invitation to stay with me, as they were in need and didn't have place to spend several days. At that time I didn't know that it was my first CS experience...

Besides I had the most interesting and extraordinary celebration of NY in Kyiv with CSers. Since then I try to find an opportunity and time to be a regular participant of all local gatherings.

Interests

I enjoy reading, studying foreign languages, dancing, volonteering, having fun with friends, travelling, meeting new people, dancing salsa, preparing and eating sushi)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best moments in my life is swimming in the Atlantic Ocean in the USA at night when I became 20 years old. It was the most amazing celebration of my birthday!

Teach, Learn, Share

Considereing the fact that I was born in Ukraine, I can teach you Russian and Ukrainian (at least how to read the names of the streets or how to order beer in a pub)...
If you are an adult and still can not ride a bike, I may also be useful.
Cooking is not my strong side, but together we will cope with some national dishes.

Countries I’ve Visited
