well, I grew up in the UK and have now moved back to Taiwan (Tainan). I am pretty relaxed guy who enjoy meeting new people and showing you around this historical city and its amazing food.

Simply to meet new people. I remember when I was younger and travelling was always restricted due to the high accomadation cost (Budget airlines was available by then). So to help travellers out, I guess offering my couch is not a big issue. And I guess it would be wonderful if new friends can meet up in your hometown some years later.
