About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel, play some music, meet new people... all at the same time if it's possible!
ABOUT ME
I'm a musician and I like to share my music and use it to meet new people. I want to reduce so much as I can the list of Earth places that I'll miss when I die, and something similar whit experiences and people.
If you're curious about my music, I have some videos on youtube where I appear in split screen playing different instruments and this kind of stuff: https://www.youtube.com/c/IanFontovaValeroMusic
PHILOSOPHY
I try to relish the past, live the present like a madman and absolutely ignore the future, but I do not always succeed. And I've discovered something that makes me crazy: when I travel, a month feels like a year, and when I stay in the same place, a year feels like a month. For me, this means it's up to me how long my life will be, my body can get old and die at the age of 90 months, or it can be around a thousand years if I fill it with trips and experiences; so my love for travel is kind of a way to escape death. What do you whink about it?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've found it's an awesome way to meet awesome people! When you use it great things happen, and when you don't but you find someone who is in couchsurfing like you, there's a kind of understanding, you can be quite sure that you'll share some cool ideas and stuff with that person.
Interests
Music, nature, trekking, local culture... But all this come together in my interest for traveling. I would travel all the time if I could economically afford it, cause in every trip I did I felt an awesome inner growing. An on the other side, I feel kind of stuck in that way when I spend too much time in the same place.

Music, Movies, and Books
Celtic music, symphonic music, and with the books I usually look for classics, Orwell, Dostoievskim, Hesse, Thomas Mann...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Playing music on the streets and paying my travels with it, in part. The best thing is when you see the people's faces and they are enjoying your music... Better than money or anything.
What I Can Share with Hosts
At least some acoustic music! And I always appreciate some cool conversation of course, but that depends on how we connect! With some people I enjoy a lot talking about life and with some others I'm so happy watching stupid videos or whatever, so we'll have to discover what we can offer to each other :)
Countries I’ve Visited
