ABOUT ME

Despite what the 'last log in ' says I am not in Houston, but in Sydney, Australia. I have tried to get this changed, but no success.

I am a retired lawyer, and spend most of my time now volunteering at a homeless men's hostel in Sydney.

I am a baseball (Red Sox) and cricket tragic, and have a yearning to spend as much time in New York as possible.

I am married, and my wife Ardsley runs her own business designing and developing databases; she also loves New York, but does not have as much free time as I to travel. In her teens and 20s she lived in Germany for about 5 years and was au pair in France. She is more Europe oriented although she was born and grew up in California.

Have had several people stay with us, and I've surfed with some marvelous folk in New York and Chicago

Cricket, baseball, reading, movies, running ( or with me mainly plodding), I have completed 2 New York marathons and on both occasions I finished in the same day that I started.
