Would be cool to experience the culture from a local lens. I usually aim for hostels when I travel to meet new people but slowly realizing that it has slowly turned into a cheaper alternative to hotels with no actual interactions with your bunkmates. Never tried couchsurfing but a few of my friends had amazing experiences so why not give it a try.
