ABOUT ME

i like the arts! i regard myself as a creative soul and hope to share my insights and creations with everyone. i've just moved to chicago about two weeks ago, from coming here on a spontaneous road-trip to visit a friend. i had nothing to go back to in oklahoma (where i've lived since 2003) so with the one suitcase full of clothes and my camera, i stayed.
chicago is a vivacious and intriguing city, and i am excited to be newly living here!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i had been introduced to the Couch Surfing way to travel by a friend in arizona who had done it to explore san francisco and the surrounding areas. with the success he had experienced, he suggested i try it out.
then upon moving here to chicago, some new pals of mine suggested i go through with it to give me time to find a place of my own and establish a steady way of living. i am participating in the couch surfing project to meet new people in chicago and help spread the kindness that was given to me.
