Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used Couch Surfing while living in China, and hosted some travelers who were stopping through Pittsburgh when I moved back to the US. I recently moved to Louisville for work and am planning a motorcycle trip during my fall break to see more of the Bluegrass State.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Loud heavy bands, smooth Bosa Nova bands, avant-garde jazz, folk singers, & select booty-shaking music. Or all of these things at once...so, Beck? Probably Beck.

Movies: action movies and dark comedies.

Books: No One Belongs Here More than You Do, The Russian Debutant's Handbook, Little Bee, the Sailor who Fell from Grace with the Sea...any Haruki Murakami, likewise Kurt Vonnegut. I'm also a recent discoverer of the graphic novel, and really dig a lot of the stuff Image Comics is putting out (esp Saga).
