my wife and i love traveling. just that simple. between bouts of scraping together money, we try to go somewhere new to us and if possible see it in slightly atypical ways (walking it, cycling it, boating it, etc)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

we're self-admitted bookworms and aspiring writers. photography, film, and life in general are among our interests. we love a good glass (read: bottle) of wine and to cook good meals.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

to be honest i myself have only couchsurfed once using this site (although my amateur status as a couch surfer is unparalleled...a year on a couch in college and many many month's worth of nights spent on the couches of friends, acquaintances and even a few perfect strangers)...there has never been a couch i haven't befriended.) and it was such a great experience that i was afraid to go for a 2nd time because i was worried it would never live up to that 1st one.
