Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Swam the Arctic Ocean! Yeah you read right! I've been on the graphic village of Bugoynes in Norway during our trip to Northern Lapland with Erasmus students from Riga. The temperature of the water was 5 degrees and of course you have to be very brave to jump in just like that. But it's very easy and popular among Scandinavian people to jump into the water after being on the Sauna. So that's the secret! It is one of the healthiest things you can do for your body, as it helps with the circulation. After this experience, you feel like you born again and you will notice a smile coming up to your face for the rest of the day! I really want to do it again
