Hello!:) I’m a 24-year-old Master’s student in Political Science at Sciences Po Paris. While many of my classmates are pursuing careers in politics, my true passion lies elsewhere. In the world of gastronomy (food, wine, spirits) and of course, that of travel.

People around qualify me as positive, smiling, and caring. Maybe a little reserved at first (working on it!), but I truly value human connection, meaningful conversations, and sharing everyday moments.

The last 6 years, I have lived in the the French Champagne area (2 years in 2019), San Francisco ( 8 months in 2022), Sydney (two years) and Bora Bora (7 months). In all these countries, I always lived with roommates. So rest assured, it is an absolute evidence for me that when you share a flat with someone, you need to be tidy, respectful and very clean (both personal hygiene and through the house). You will have no problem on that matter:)

Born in Greece to a Greek mum and a French dad, I grew up between cultures, languages, and perspectives, which made me open-minded and eager to understand different ways of living. Paris is home for now, where I just completed my studies.

Couchsurfing is new to me . I usually stay in hotels. But I realized I don’t just want a bed. I want connections!
I can be a little timid at first, and that’s exactly why I’m here. I see this as a way to gently step out of my shell, share more and truly meet people along my travels instead of just passing through places.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

While these past years, working in luxury hospitality, I was able to travel and stay in high end hotels, I now seek for more meaningful ways to travel. I believe Couchsurfing will enable me to look at travelling in a different eye, away from the polished 5 star environment. I see it then as a way to meet interesting humans, and won’t treat it like a ‘hotel’.

I just finished a 6 month internship in a private island in Bora Bora, where I worked in a hotel as an assistant Food and Beverage Manager for the resort’s restaurants. Very solitary but life changing experience!
