Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live truly in close connection with Nature
ABOUT ME
I live primarily in Santa Cruz during the school year, and in Imperial Beach, San Diego county, CA working as an Ocean lifeguard there. I value meaningful connections with people, and a deep connection with my bioregion, and everything in between. I like to play and share music (guitar and banjo primarily, also didgereedoo). I wish to live and work outdoors, ideally in a wilderness setting, with a strong interest in co-mentoring Outdoor Education and wilderness guiding/skills development.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life with a duty to truly live it, indebted to the people and forces that have brought me thus far in life. This period of my life I wish to travel and experience far off lands, lifestyles, to gather their stories and bring them back to the Village(where/what-ever that may look like in the future).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to this site, but have hosted strangers at my home in both San Diego and Santa Cruz, and been hosted in various towns in California in between. So I still have contributed to the give-and-take of hospitality and compassion on the island of a globe swirling in the Milky Way Galaxy!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Been hosted through friend networks when visiting Santa Cruz/area.
