I just finished my studies at university and now I'm trying to get away from everyday life before I settle down somewhere abroad for work. Beside my studies I worked in a hostel and hotel, listened to all the great stories and experiences my guests told me, which were really inspiring. Now... I would like to travel, to experience new, crazy and breathtaking things, to meet lovely people and see beautiful places. My "plan" is to travel at least one month across Europe starting in Norway (hopefully witnessing the aurora borealis, it's on my bucket list) and maybe ending up in beautiful Portugal. We will see... :)

Update: yeaaaah, I saw the aurora borealis. It is wonderful, amazing and you just stay under it speachless! :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, I will travel alone (as far as I see now) and I do not want to end up lonely in a hotel room starring at the wall. :) I guess the best way to socialize and to experience new things, meet lovely people and see beautiful places is to do couchsurfing and stay in hostels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most beautiful thing I saw in my life were the northern lights. Wonderful, breathtaking... I cannot really put it in words... you have to see it, feel it! :-)

Volunteered 4 months on Fuerteventura, Canary Islands in an alternative accommodation in the middle of the nature. Amazing.

I love to be in the kitchen and I would like to learn how to prepare new meals, try out the famous 'Grandma's recipe' of the hosts I stay with during my journey... so please let me help you prepare it! :-) If you wish I can also teach you how to make a Hungarian goulash soup, but it needs quite a long time!
