About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Spread the ways to resolve conflicts peacefully
ABOUT ME
I live in the "Hofgemeinschaft Stedorf", a small community of 19 People. I learn and teach NVC (Nonviolent Communication). I study at the Universtity although the system is crap at my opinion. I dont eat dead animals and also few of their mother-milk etc. I do a lot of gardening this year and it gives me a deep satisfaction. I learn much more than in the university...
I love to have talks about issues that really matter to me and give me a sense of connection to the person I am talking with.
I like to eat raw, healthy things and always take care the food is of beautiful colour when I'm cooking.
PHILOSOPHY
I think most problems in the world could be solved if people knew how to solve conflicts peacefully. No matter if it's in the political groups, the governments or the international affairs...I notice a lack of ability to solve conflicts that scares me enormously! It gives me hope there are so many methods that work and only have to be spread which I see as my approach to "saving the world"...
All people always do the best they can, including me. I want to contribute to finding better strategies than the ones we currently have.
I think theres no use in blaming people if they do things we dont like. Mutual understanding brings me more safety and happiness.
I'm constantly thinking about myself and always try to improve. Thats mostly helpful because I learn so much and I can change my life in a way that suits me better. But there's also this constant feeling of somehow being not good enough which I can't drop that easily...

Music, Movies, and Books
Books that I enjoyed:"Nonviolent Communication" by Marshall Rosenberg. "Liebe ist kein Kinderspiel" by Krishnananda Trobe. "Aussöhnung mit dem Inneren Kind" by Erika J. Chopich. Poems by Robert Gernhardt and Rumi. "The Disspossed" by Ursula K. LeGuin. "Stein und Flöte" by Hans Bemmann.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hospitality all over the world. The oneness of all religions. Things that just come to me when I think about them. That my questions often get answered by people I meet by coincidence.
Teach, Learn, Share
Non-violent-Communication is my main focus these days and i can tell a lot about it i guess. Also about Mediation (Conflict Resolution).
I want to learn more about: Gardening, Money (how it works...its REALLY complicated...), Society, Community, Myself (every being is my teacher here)
