we met in 2011, and we're married in 2013.
We love good food and most animals, and we love to laugh.

Icery is impatient but persistent, while Joseph is very patient.

resist any type of addiction. but am cheese-, yogurt-, coffee-, choco-holic.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i enjoy showing people around, exploring places, and exchanging ideas.

i've been hosted in Irvine, LA, Berkeley, Vegas, and SF and made friends with many of my hosts.
i started out surfing alone. lately i've introduced CS to some of my friends when we travel together and they all love the idea and become one of us too.

i finally hosted some great folks in July 2009. they are a bunch of persistent, humorous, and kind-hearted guys who are determined to make the world a better place. i'm glad that i decided to host them and had many great times with them. i'll have a busy schedule once the summer ends but hopefully i'll be able to host more interesting travellers in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Icery had known CS for years but didn't have the chance or say guts to do it. anyhow, she started her surfing during Thanksgiving last year and had wonderful experiences. so far she has no negative experience. And now she's taking her husband Joseph to join couchsurfing.

Interests

Icery: I love languages and movies and TV shows, so I work as a subtitle translator. I also enjoy photo-taking, cooking, and doing sports.

Joseph: I'm not so good in languages, but I play volleyball pretty well. I enjoy being taken photos and playing with dogs.

We met when playing volleyball. We've traveled to many places in Taiwan and Thailand together. We like to learn new things.

fishing squids at Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey and scalding them, eating them with wasabi.
