Hi!

It is my first time here in Coachsurfing, my name is Icken Hernández, I am from Mexico City. I studied Food Chemistry in Mexico, I also have a M.Sc. in Food Technology from Wageningen University (The Netherlands) and I just finished my PhD of Biochemical Engineering at University College London, UK.

I am very easy going guy, I love to travel, make friends, and some of my personal passions are sports, music and photography. Since very young I have trained Olympic Wrestling, Boxing and Athletics. On the other hand, I studied piano and more recently guitar and ukulele. Finally, last year I started my personal photography and video studio.

I wish I can make friends here!
