ABOUT ME

I think I am an open-minded person.At the beginning I seem to be shy and don't talk so much. But the people who really know me also know about the crazy ideas I sometimes have. I like any kind of traveling.As a child I went with my parents to places all over Europe sleeping in our little camping car anywhere we want. So I still love camping! I like traveling with friends, but I also travel on my own. I prefer to sleep in Hostels, B&B, doing couchsurfing or camping. Last year I spend some days in an All-inclusive-Hotel. It was an experience, but I won't do it again. I always need something to do. I can walk around a city the whole day without having a break. But I also like to spend a day on the beach. One thing I am known for: I jump into any kind of sea no matter how cold it is. I am not a really clubbing partygirl. Sometimes I go to a club. But in the evening I prefer to go for a drink, to the cinema, to the theater or to anything openair in summer. I do not smoke and don't really drink alcohol. Sometimes the people look a litttle bit strange when I am in a bar and only order a bottle of still water. But that's me and I like still water!

I have lived in Ireland for one month. The owner of the room I lived in told me about couchsurfing. So I participated. And one week later I surfed my first couch!

Interests

Any kind of traveling!Citytrips, just beach ( not too long), and especially roundtrips to explore culture and nature! By camper, by car, by plain, by ferry, by boat, by bike whatever... and by horse. I have a dog called Zora.In the winter i like skiing, in the summer hiking,swimming,bicycling, jogging ... I like going to the theater, opera, musicals, museums ...

Music, Movies, and Books

When a song reminds me to anything I can listen to it a hundred times, no matter what style of music it is. Atonement (Ian McEwan), The old man and the sea (Ernest Hemingway), Perfume-The story of a murderer(Patrick Süskind)... I really want to read more books, but after reading in lots of medical books sometimes i am too tired for reading a real book:(
I love going to the movies.I like smaller French and German productions. But I also watch the Blockbusters. I am not so positive about these new 3D-Movies because I prefer a good story to lots of special effects.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Through Iceland on horseback, the starry sky at Namib Desert,swimming in Loch Ness...and over all there have been amazing moments and things in almost every journey I did. And also at home there are amazing things...
