ABOUT ME

30ish year old 'lady' working in a professional job. I work very hard (most of the time!) and like to enjoy the spare time that I have as much as possible.

I love cooking and trying new foods. I like to share my cooking with friends and see them enjoy eating it. I also like to bake cakes, but not too often...less is more :)

I enjoy travelling and visiting new places, spending weekends away and exploring my own country - UK. I have been to many places, my best experience was a 4 week period in Russia where I studied as part of my university course. It was so different to anywhere I had been before and the Russian history and culture is fascinating.
I really like Spain and have been to Barcelona, Majorca, Madrid, and Valencia.
On my list of places to go in the future are Canada (again), Malaysia, Mexico and Argentina.

I like going to the cinema, drawing, painting and going for drives in my little car. I'm not much for drinking but I enjoy the occasional cocktail or glass of wine.

Must do more - exercise!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to make friends to meet up with on my travels to explore cities and spend evenings out for food and drink.

I would be happy to show people round my city if need be :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couchsurfing experience was in Madrid during San Isidro in 2009. I met some amazing new friends and had a lot of fun!
I have also met members in England,
