ABOUT ME
I'm Sandra, 26 year old girl from Iceland. I recently graduated from the University of Iceland with BA degree in Leisure Studies and now it's time to travel again and see a little bit more of the world!

I would say that I'm an active person and like to have enough on my schedule most of the time. I'm an easy going and open minded person. I love to laugh, have fun and make great memories but can be serious when need to be. I'm an outgoing person and love to have people around me. I love to meet new people and to see and try new things.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I think Couchsurfing is one amazing community! To be able to travel and stay with locals is such an amazing thing cause you get to meet new people, learn new things and see things you wouldn't see if you were staying at a hotel like a real tourist.

At the moment I'm not able to host couchsurfers cause I live in a small room with seven flatmates but I'm more than ready to meet up and do something fun and awesome, Icelandic style :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Although my experience is limited I love couchsurfing!! I've only been hosted three times but hopefully that will change soon :) That's why I want to do as much of couchsurfing as possible when I start the world tour in February 2016! Unfortunately I haven't been able to host guests at my place yet but look forward when it will be possible. Anyone who is visiting Iceland these days is welcome to contact me :)

I like traveling, trying new things, meeting new people, camping, hanging out with my friends and family, polefitness, metabolic, partying, chilling, outdoor activities like hiking, biking, snowboarding, surfing and so on. I also like to challenge myself and step outside of my comfort zone every now and then :)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I'm not much of a ''book-person'' but I love to watch good movies or episodes, specially funny comedy movies with good friends. I also like drama, hazard and thriller movies but horror movies are not my cup of tea!
About my favorite music - I can't really describe my taste in few words cause it kinda depends on the days and what I'm up to! And have to say that I love listening to music along with whatever I'm doing :)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Too hard to pick just one!

- Lived in the USA for one year (was an aupair, made new friends from all over the world and traveled a lot in the states).
- Slept outside in the open air.
- Skydived in West point VA, USA.
-Tried the highest free fall tower in Europe - Liseberg, Gothenburg, Sweden.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Ellen and I can share a lot of unique things about our country, Iceland! ;) .. and we would love to learn a lot of things about all the other countries and new places!

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes

I can teach some Icelandic words and also some gymnastics or polefitness but most of all I would like to share a good conversations and make good memories with couchsurfers :) Both Ellen and I like to play some fun board games so we can teach you some of the best we know. Also, Ellen is very good with the guitar both for easy going mood and party mood :)
