I want a timeout from cold grey Norway. I am in the process of becoming a minimalist, living a simple but fulfilling life. I am self-employed, and coach in lifestyle changes and health. I like to get to know new people, visit new places, explore, make life lasting friendship, picnick at beach, hikes in the mountains, etc.

Id like to learn more spanish, dance, yoga and pilates. Id like to teach and help people to a healthy lifestyle through proper and nutritiouse food. I can coach you, share some of my personal life story/journey through a health crises and learn you a lot about holistic medicine/lifestyle. Id like to share my positive attitude and meet new friends that i can share memories with.

I can be a good friend, jogging/hiking/chatting/listener companion, I can help you outside in the garden, teach you more english, learn you how to use the internet, teach u about nutrition/health, or whatever else we figure out. I prefer to stay outside in the sun, and not to much inside watching tv! I do not smoke or drink alkohol, but i am still fun to be around going for a nightwalk, or maybe find a good tapas place to share some memories! If we get to know each other, i can host u in the summer in norway, by the sea, we have a big new built guest house, if u like.
