Overview
About Me
I've traveled quite a bit, gathered some pretty amazing memories and met wonderful people around. Moved around a lot but also recently decided to stay put. Looking forward to what's coming next.
I believe life is a flow and exchange, so I try to send out what I want to receive. Which is of course easier said than done :) Welcoming whatever comes my way is something I'm learning to practice.
I like to question EVERYTHING in life.
Vegan. Love dogs, coffee, chanting, smell of new books, walking and hiking, yoga, exercising, miracles/events that seem like coincidences but are actually not.
I've had amazing CS experiences, I love hosting and being hosted, however.....
I DON'T RESPOND TO FORWARDED REQUESTS OR TO MESSAGES. LET ME KNOW YOU'VE READ MY PROFILE.
Last minute requests are my favourite kind of requests. That could even mean, hey Ida, can you host me in 1 hour :) and if I'm there, I just might.
PHILOSOPHY
Be the change you want to see in the world.
Nothing happens ahead of its time and what needs to happen always happens.
Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's unbecoming everything that isn't you so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.

Music, Movies, and Books
It changes and varies a lot.
Sometimes I like classical music like opera, sometimes I just ask people to share some of their music with me, sometimes I listen to mantras by Deva Premal or Krishna Das, sometimes it's fast music I can dance to (cannot resist the 80's).... No rules :)
Same here. Love a good novel (e.g. Haruki Murakami's books can keep me up all night). But at the moment some of my favourite teachers are Gabor Mate, Tara Brach, Teal Swan and similar.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The world under the sea always takes my breath away.
Lived in India for three years.
