We want to see the world while we're still young. Couchsurfing seems like a great way to save money, meet people, and find out about the coolest local places to go.

ABOUT ME

We're a young married couple, and we're trying to live life to the fullest before we settle down too much. Steve graduated with his MBA in December 2007, and Jenny is , to start in Fall 2008. So sometime in Spring/Summer 2008, we're trying to plan a 6-8 week trip across Europe. This is a pretty new experience for us -- Jenny lived in London and Krakow when she was a young teenager, but she hasn't traveled much since then. Steve went to Italy for a week in college, but that is the extent of his travels. We're open-minded, free-thinking, energetic young people. We want to see the world and learn as much as we can through experiencing all different points of view. Travel is so important, so we need to find a way to make this happen within our budget.

PHILOSOPHY

Our relationship is probably the most important thing to both of us. We're really glad to have found each other, and we want to live this life together. We want to live to our full potential, and we want to find ways to make this world a better place.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are very new at this, but we're willing to become involved. If anybody is planning a trip to Idaho, you're more than welcome to stay with us for a few days.

兴趣

Steve loves all kinds of music. He is a drummer and a piano player, and he also dabbles a bit in the bass guitar. He's also a cat lover, although we don't currently have any pets.

Jenny loves acting and wants to be able to make a living being an actress, although making money at it is tough. She also loves swimming and is really into physical fitness. She's a bit on the shy side, but she likes to learn through observing.

On a side note, both Jenny and Steve are allergic to gluten -- no bread, pasta, or beer for us. Hopefully this won't take away from our travel experience.

Movies that we both like include American Beauty, American Pie 1 & 2, Princess Bride. Steve is really into Jazz and Victor Wootten and Dave Matthews Band, and Jenny is a big KORN fan. Jenny's favorite book is Catcher in the Rye, and Steve likes reading books about how to build a small business.

Steve is into wine, and he will share what he knows and likes, and would love to learn more from people who know anything about wine. He would also be happy to give a couch surfer a drum lesson, if they so desire. He has an electronic drum set in the study, so it's a bit quieter and less bothersome to the neighbors. Jenny would love to talk to anybody who knows anything about acting or theater - she wants to act professionally, and it's a daunting process.
