Hiya!
My name is Ida and I'm a student, traveller, beer-drinker and generally happy, Danish female! (great sales speech, eh?)
Currently I am living in Waterloo, Canada, where I am studying a semester at WLU. I'm studying English, so I've gotten myself into 5 literature courses in one semester - which probably wasn't the most thought-through idea.. But I keep my head high (unless it's snowing, then it's quite annoying).
After my semester i Canada I am going to travel the US with my awesome friend Sabine, who is also an English major from Denmark. We're going to do 7 states in 30 days, and so we could really use some couches to surf! If you aren't fortunate enough to own a couch, hit us up anyway! We are looking for awesome people to help create awesome memories (and you know, help us out when we're lost).
I swear that we are fun, well-travelled, incredible board-gamers who happen to be decent cooks, mostly clean and not too shabby people in general.

Musica, film e libri

I am very open to all kinds of music, but I have particularly sweet spots for Billie Holiday and Tracy Chapman. I read a boat-load of books so it's hard to choose; some that struck me the most were John Steinbeck's East of Eden, Charles Dickens' Hard Times and Don DeLillo's White Noise.
