I'm 1/3 of an art group, which I set up together with two of my best friends, and that I couldn't picture my life without travel, chocolate, books, concerts and art.

When I decided to study German, I moved to Erfurt, a beautiful medieval town in Germany and my life changed forever. Moving to Germany made me realize that the world is a wonderful place, if you follow your talents and dreams and don't waste your time reading horror newspaper articles or listening to negative people. Currently, I'm living in sunny Spain, working as a German teacher and educator.

My philosophy is to "just laugh" or "směj se" (in Czech language), no matter what. To just accept whatever comes with a smile on my face, because that's pretty much the only thing that the humans can do anyway - to smile, sit down and let the universe suprise us. I even have "směj se" tattooed under my skin, so that I never forget to do it.
My other belief is that love is the answer to everything. That's why love is the main theme of my other tattoo :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's not sightseeing or taking photos on every single place you visit, it's meeting different types of people, that I love about traveling. And Couchsurfing offers the best opportunity to meet open-minded interesting locals!
